The current war of aggression in the Ukraine war has made economical exchanges at the global level very important. India and the European Union portrayed the importance of working together during the war. In this context, there is the start of the negotiation between the EU and India of free-trade agreement which is soon going to be restarted is a very encouraging development with a beneficial political will. 5% of the EU has 5% of chemical industry investment in India, and 26% of the cumulative investment comes from the EU into India.

The lack of change management is the biggest factor for failed projects which is why we need to realize and see how we can mitigate the amount of time we spend in planning and then integrate the whole EPC chain. It is a critical element for the success of this project. Upskilling the labor workforce right now is also a top priority. One part of the ecosystem can solve this problem, it needs integration with the customers and contractor community with a very balanced risk management approach.

Back in 2003 while designing chips into mobile and Wi-Fi, we were talking about 180 nanometer technology and today we are talking 5 nanometers, and research at 3 nanometers, products at 5 nanometer. To explore some of the chemicals for other proposes, can we use them because as we try to make more manufacturing of electronics here, we are suddenly successful for semiconductors are we ready for a local ecosystem to build those chemicals.
