Cancellation Rules- Exhibitors

If the Company withdraws from this contract after having concluded the said contract, the company hereby agrees to indemnify the exhibition management/ Organiser for the losses at the following rates:

Upon withdrawal before 30 September, 2023- 50% of stand rent
Upon withdrawal between 1 October to 30th November, 2023 – 75% of stand rent
Upon withdrawal after 1 December 2023 100% of stand rent

Cancellation Rules- Delegates

Upon withdrawal between 1 October to 30th November, 2023 – 50% of delegate fees
Upon withdrawal after 1 December, 2023- 100% of delegate fees
